This fund will be administered by the cannabis advisory board. The board will provide grants directly to community-based nonprofit organizations in communities adversely impacted by the marijuana drug laws for the purpose of reinvesting in communities disproportionately affected by past federal and state drug policies.
Grant funding shall be used to support:

To ensure the money from this fund reaches communities most in need, the cannabis social equity coalition will assist community organizations and leaders engage in an organized effort to identify community-based organizations in impacted communities and provide them with professional grant writing services.
